full-time Nurse Practitioner (Home Health).
Must be able to fluently speak BOTH English and Spanish!

Education and Experience:
- Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
- Home health experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of in-home assessment experience (Preferred)
- Must have been working as a Nurse Practitioner for at least 2 years
