The Kensington is looking for a Resident Service Director (RN or LPN) for our beautiful retirement campus!

Resident Services Director Responsibilities:

• Supervise resident care staff and housekeeping staff
• Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and maintaining of files
• Control of staff budget, approve and disapprove employee days and overtime
• Provide and monitor resident care based on determined level of service
• Coordinate activities and services by following the interest, abilities and functional limitations of each individual resident's needs

Resident Services Director Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse in Illinois (LPN or RN)
• 2 years of Resident Care and Staff Supervision Experience
• Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
