An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our in house dynamic and motivated UK Occupational Health Team. You will be able to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of our people by providing skilled and professional support and guidance.
Working alongside a team of health professionals, and reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Adviser, you will help deliver a full occupational health service to promote and maintain good health and wellbeing. We care about our professional development and offer opportunity to enable development of skills and experience with revalidation in mind.
Inc.travel approximately 3-4 times/month

What you will do
Review of OH technician biometrics- Health Surveillance
- Case management including Sickness Absence Management
- Fitness for Work assessments
- Return to work assessments
- Travel Health
- Promote workplace wellbeing including presentations
- Support employees, managers and HR with health advice

What we are looking for
Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation.- Occupational Health and/or Community Nurse experience
- Someone who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in Wellbeing
- Team player who is looking to expand their Occupational Health experience
- Team player who enjoys sharing their knowledge
- Someone who enjoys using their own initiative
- Ability to deliver sound clinical advice remotely
- Good communication skills
It would be good if you had:
- Knowledge of current employment law and health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of health surveillance
- Knowledge of online OH systems
- Experience of clinical governance and policy development
