Job description
PREMIER THERAPY, is looking for a full-time (32-40 hours per week) Occupational Therapist to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Coal Township, PA. PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities in OH, PA and NY. Our employees are passionate about improving the resident's quality of life, and delivering compassionate care. We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation up to $40/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to :
- Completes evaluations.
- Attends Care Conferences.
- Performs safe discharge planning with patient and caregiver.
- Conducts home evaluations.
- Implements safe seating systems.
