The Center for Advanced Rehab at Parkside is hiring Full-time & Per diem Occupational Therapists (OTR) to join our team!

The Occupational Therapist (OTR) organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs for the in-house Therapy Department.

Schedule:

Full-time:

• Monday - Friday, day shifts ($5,000 Sign-on bonus!)

Per diem:

• Can be weekends, weekdays, holidays, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, examine, and evaluate patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures; synthesize information, interpret examination findings to establish a diagnosis, and identify impairments.
• Develop appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implement the occupational therapy treatment plan, and complete all related documentation and record-keeping regarding these services.
• Put patient service first: ensures that patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.
• Design, fit, and applies adaptive devices and train patients to use adaptive devices, including orthotics and prosthetics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Occupational Therapist (ORT) for the state of GA or TN.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience or equivalent
• Proven OTR experience of at least 1 year

*Compensation based on experience.
