Job description

Responsibilities to include:

· Take, enter and manage customer orders throughout the process

· Coordinate shipping arrangements

· Work with our Accounting team to assist with invoicing in QuickBooks and data entry processing of A/P and A/R as needed

· Assist the CEO with report generation and maintaining operational, sales, customer service and other performance metrics compiled within our customized QuickBooks system.

· Maintain customer records (utilize CRM)

· Purchasing

· Office administration

· Resourceful when approaching problem-solving

· Team player, comfortable with a collaborative approach when with other members of the team

Requirements sought:

· Associates Degree is a plus

· QuickBooks experience is a plus

· Microsoft Outlook/365, Word and Excel

· Attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and roles

· Strong communication skills; both verbal and written

· Strong customer service mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
