Job description
Texas Slots and Gaming Inc. was formed in 2013 and is one of the largest providers of slot machines, casino games, arcade games, and gaming parts in the United States. We specialize in providing casino equipment to customers all over the world. TSG is headquartered in Dallas, TX and has warehouse operations in both Dallas, TX and Xenia, OH.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate with vendors and assist warehouse management in back office operations. This candidate should be willing to be hands on and become an integral part of the overall warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Create invoices and communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Filing and distribution of bills of laden, invoices, and office expense tracking
- Assist in coordination and organization of shipping and receiving
- Assist in stocking and fulfillment of parts orders
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in time tracking, scheduling meetings, and interviews
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
