Qualifications:

• Eligible to be appointed by Civil Service
• Associate's degree in a field related to office technology and two (2) years experience in the utilization of software to create or deign specialized forms, reports, or models; or
• High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years experience in the utilization of software to create or design specialized forms, reports, or models; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the above
• Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level telephone support to customers for all aspects of application system software
• Train and assist school district personnel to use administrative software applications
• Provide helpdesk support for various software applications and services for component districts

Salary: $53,387 (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)
