What We'll Accomplish Together
: Your role in our mission is to support our Administrative and Human Resources teams. You'll deliver amazing service to our employees, customers, and guests as the first voice they hear when they call and the first face they see when they come through our door. This includes:

  • Making sure the office runs smoothly - supplies are stocked, mail is processed, phones are answered and routed to the correct person, and guests are warmly welcomed
  • Setting up new customers in our system, running credit reports, and checking credit references
  • Helping new employees have an awesome onboarding experience by scheduling orientation, preparing workspaces, and creating welcome gifts
  • Keeping HR records accurate and up to date
  • Planning and running events for employees and customers, both in and out of the office

What It Takes To Succeed:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, is essential. You should be comfortable talking on the phone, figuring out where to direct calls, and resolving issues. Accuracy and attention to detail are must-haves. Do what you say, take ownership, and show integrity in your work and relationships.
