Inspiring Strength is a small and very driven online company based in Redding California.

Requirements:

• You consider yourself to be Tech-savvy. (Minimum 2 years of computer software experience)
• Experience with QuickBooks and Google platforms (Google docs, sheets, etc)
• Detail-oriented and has a clear and concise style of communication
• Live locally and work in our office in South Redding.
• Take DISC and 16personlities test (attach results to application)

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Filing Receipts
• Payroll
• Reconciling
• Customer service emails and phone calls
• Scheduling emails to connect with our community members and invite/remind them of when our upcoming training calls are
• Assist with Zoom call virtual workshops -
• Oversee Projects - use our team management software to stay organized and make sure not to miss anything.
