Currently hiring for the role of a Dog Concierge! Come help pets and parents book their reservations for playcation!

Scheduling Details:* Full and Part Time positions are available, we are flexible. Hours range from 6:30am-7:00pm - Please be aware that weekends and holidays are a requirement. Heads up we're open every day of the year (in all weather) to provide dog care for busy and traveling pet parents. **We do not hire seasonal/temp positions, there is far too much to learn to be able to accommodate that**

Do you have these skills and traits?*

• We want the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone, who really enjoys getting to know others, who is friendly, speaks thoughtfully and is skilled at problem solving
• The dogs want the kind of person who is able to bring them to/fro the play yards and give them love on the way. These dogs are all sizes/breeds/energy levels. No one with dog or peanut butter allergies so you're not getting sick!
• Someone who is great with computers, scheduling programs, software/apps of various kinds, smart phone, Slack, Outlook etc.
• Can you think on your toes in fast paced, loud high energy environments? (ahem. . .serving/bartending/teachers we're looking for you!)
• Is drama free your thing? We don't spill tea here. We're in the business of loving on dogs, making parents smile & have each others backs when things get hairy. . and they will get hairy, poopy, loud & drooly.
• A person who loves to keep busy, and likes to stay active. This position is partially at the desk as far as computer use is concerned, but this role is far from sedentary. Interested in burning calories or getting your cardio in? This is the place.

• Customer Service/Hospitality/Pet Care Experience = brownie points
• Pay is based on experience and we are open to discuss your salary requirements. In addition to hourly wages, you will make tips based on customer satisfaction. If we are making money, you are making money. You'll have a direct effect on sales and customer satisfaction, which will directly affect your compensation. We also have a company 401k match. Healthcare reimbursement/PTO is available for Full-Time role. Sick time is available for Part & Full-Time roles.
• Our Customer Experience Manager, Emily is pretty freaking amazing. She will be your Supervisor and will help show you the ropes. She's hard not to like, just meet her and you'll see.
• Our call in policy is strict. We are handling living animals who need scheduled potty/medication/feeding. We don't have time to mess around with call ins or constant tardiness. Been there done that, dealt with that turnover. Moving forward. We're not serious about much, but the health, well-being and safety of the dogs under our care . . .is what we are serious about. Don't let the dogs down man, they're always there for you when you need cheering up aren't they? They don't ask for much, just show up.
• Nitty gritty behind the scenes! We have had some "negative nancies" on our team, who hasn't? (Don't worry, they're gone). While we are very patient people, we have literally 0 patience for complaining about work at work, after work, in your dreams, gossip, drama, negative self talk, negative talk about others, negative talk about dogs. Life is hard dude, it's hard for everyone. We do our best to stay in a positive mindset. We think thoughtfully through our challenges. We reach out for help when we are in over ours heads. We speak with kindness. We serve the dogs. If you are confused or don't like something, speak up. Can you get onboard with that?
• We want you to identify challenges and help us streamline and develop solutions. There is always room for improvement, no one person knows "all the things" - hence we are looking for your help.
