Whirlwind Services is a locally owned maintenance company that has been in business for over 35 years. We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated person to join our Customer Service team. This position has a flexible schedule with the option for a remote/hybrid work schedule after the first few months.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
Energetic, punctual and dependable, the ability to work independently, is detail oriented, has a proven high level of accuracy, ability to multi-task and still meet deadlines. Will problem solve independently and has the ability to be adaptable with frequent changes due to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and prioritizing requests
- Monitoring work in process
- Data entry
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Process customer requests and schedule appropriately
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to prioritize workload based on emergent calls and deadlines
- Be the liaison for technicians in the field and customer calls and emails
- Create and send proposals
- Support Client Services manager and team as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
This is an hourly full-time position, Monday thru Friday. The position will begin at Whirlwind’s office in Woodinville and after training is completed hybrid/remote working option will be available. Pay is starting at $22 DOE. Medical, Dental & Vision package, 401K, and PTO with paid holidays.
