Do you enjoy challenges? Can you work independently and be a self-starter? Advantage Personnel is looking for an Office Coordinator for a small, quickly growing company. Full-time hours Monday through Friday. The pay starts at $20+/hour DOE.
Office Coordinator Title Duties and Responsibilities
· Posting open job positions on job boards
· Interviewing and hiring employees
· Oversee human resource issues that may arise
· Process receiving paperwork for deliveries
· Invoicing of contracts
· Obtaining, verifying, and submitting employees’ timecards
· Answer incoming calls
Office Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
· Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring, staffing, or recruiting
· Great communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to problem-solve
· Need to be detail-orientated and have exceptional organizational skills
