Job description

This role will be responsible for administrative support at the Cincinnati corporate headquarters, and support for the events division of the People & Culture team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming mail and forward it along to the intended recipient.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain office supplies, including food & beverage.
  • Birthday and Finiversary card delivery for employees.
  • Manage holiday orders for Sales and internal staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, specifically internal and external events.
  • Event coordination tasks: rooming lists, change requests, and group assignments.
  • Assist with logistics of meetings and interviews scheduled for the Cincinnati office.
  • Assist with ad hoc internal projects, as necessary.
  • Serve as the point of contact for facility management.

Skills:

  • Detail oriented and organized is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player and demonstrates flexibility to assist with ad hoc projects/items as needed.
  • Desire to help others and willingness to identify ways to contribute to Finit's overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office management experience a plus.
  • Previous event support experience preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting marketing departments, employee relations teams, or human resources a plus.

Job Details:

  • Flexible work schedule - both days and hours (max 10-15 per week).
  • Hours must be worked in our Cincinnati office.
  • Not all tasks will be required weekly.

Remote Workplace:

Employees at Finit primarily work remotely. Our consultants may have some travel requirement to client locations. Our corporate office is located in Cincinnati, OH and may be used for collaborative work.
