DR3 stands for Divert, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and is part of a large nonproft, SVdP. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Data Manager to join our team!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations:
· Track and document all inbound and outbound units; troubleshoot errors and discrepancies; prepare daily report for Operations Manager
· Work with Production Manager and drivers to coordinate pick-ups and trailer access
· Perform review and analysis of special projects; Use Excel to prepare reports
H/R
· Complete orientation and on boarding process. complete paperwork; review benefits and company perks, provide company handbook, and provide any knowledge the employee needs to get started their first day
· Be a general point of contact regarding any new hire questions or concerns
· Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
General
· Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and needed repairs
· Make sure all bill of ladings are turned in to Accounting in a timely manner
· Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
· Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
· Design and implement office policies and procedures
· Analyze and monitor internal processes
· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
· Maintain a safe and secure working environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
.3 years of Supervisor experience required
· Self-motivated, organized and ability to work as part of a team
· Individual will need to be a critical thinker- Critical thinking is the ability to make good decisions, and take appropriate action to solve problems
· Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office and Excel
· Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
· Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
· Knowledge of business and management principles
· Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
