We are a small, boutique home healthcare agency committed to providing the best care to seniors in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for one bright star that can help us hire and manage Caregivers, guide us in transitioning to new technology, and oversee Caregivers and AHCA compliance. We would prefer someone with previous office experience in a home healthcare agency, or we would consider someone without industry-specific experience who can bring an extraordinary level of integrity, compassion, and communication skills to the office every day!

The ideal candidate:

• Moms. students and active retirees encouraged to apply!
• Able to work 25-30 hours a week (guarantee of 25 hours), Mon-Fri starting at 9:30 am.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and by text/email.
• Good with technology including spreadsheets, emails, iPhone and Android app installation, etc. Knowledge of social media would be a bonus.
• Organized and able to manage the paperwork a growing agency requires.
• Experience or willingness to be trained in AHCA compliance, home healthcare software (Axiscare), Caregiver onboarding, etc.
• Willing to grow with us!
