We are seeking a highly-experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. We expect our Office Manager will ensure physician professional/surgical billing, as well as clinic tasks are operating effectively. Will work closely with the surgeon, front office and nursing staff to attend to the day-to-day needs of the clinic. This position has primary responsibility for coordinating with AthenaOne, the comprehensive medical practice management provider; including electronic health record (EHR) system, medical billing tools and reports, patient engagement and document management. Position reports to the finance officer.

This is a great position for someone who wants to work part time and enjoys working in a caring and compassionate, yet fast-paced professional medical office. It is essential to have prior medical billing and EMR experience, with an interest in small office management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative policies and procedures of the office.
• Organize work procedures and collaborate with staff to support the mission and operate with efficiency.
• Handle customer service issues and problems.
• Manage the clinic and surgical billing operations, essential within the medical practice management system. (AthenaOne)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
