Job description
Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements).
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Manage multiple credit cards and expense reports.
  • Handle cell phone bill for 175 phones.
  • Manage front desk employee.
  • Handles Travel for Executive team.

Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and conference rooms.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must pay great attention to detail.
  • Must be highly organized, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Work Environment:
  • More than 90% computer use.
  • Adjustable sit-standing desks within office cubicles.
  • Mild to moderate noise level.
  • On-site café
  • On-site gym
