We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager/HR Specialist.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process timely and accurate company bi-weekly payroll and associated tasks
  • Maintenance and update of all employee files and information in payroll system and troubleshooting of employee payroll or payroll system issues
  • Onboarding new employees and entering information into payroll systems
  • Employee benefits enrollments and annual reviews
  • Employee insurance payables reconciliation and payments
  • Maintain 401k information and assist in enrollments
  • Process workman’s comp claims
  • Assist in answering phone calls

Preferred Technical Skills/Education

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Experience in payroll and operating a third party payroll system; understanding of all phases of the payroll process
  • Ability to work with employees to address payroll and benefit concerns and issues
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft word
  • Proficiency with Quickbooks
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitasking
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee and company information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
