Required Skills & Abilities:
- Previous restaurant, banquet or catering serving experience required
- Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
- TABC and Food Handlers certification required
- Able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
Job Description:
- Set up event space and meeting room as required by the banquet event order to include table set up, linen, dining ware, glassware, buffet lines and coffee breaks.
- Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
- Serve and replenish food and/or beverage in a friendly and hospitable manner and promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course.
- Break down set up and clean meeting spaces.
