ON-SITE MANAGER

ON-SITE MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees, as well as performs, the interviewing, hiring, screening and placement of the most qualified temporary employees, to meet client needs.
• Fills and services client orders utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management.
• Conducts orientations and, if applicable, provides check-in support for temporary employees.
• Completes timekeeping and payroll process of temporary employees for reporting to Doherty Payroll Department.
• Facilitates performance evaluations for internal on-site personnel and temporary staff; coaches and disciplines as appropriate.
• Provides accurate data/reports to client and managers in timely manner. Presents to client during quarterly reviews.
• Monitors and communicates temporary employee legal issues to DSS Headquarters and ccs manager.
• Completes injury report and conducts accident investigations.

ON-SITE MANAGER KEY REQUIREMENTS

• HS Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Previous customer service and/or recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
