Job description
The Online Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing online sales and marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility to qualify and manage leads and customer requests for our local communities.
- Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately
- Qualify leads based on wants & needs
- Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an on-site appointment with the New Home Consultant
- Provide basic information and marketing material to prospects
- Be well versed in each active community marketed at the division level
- Utilize CRM Program, Lasso
- Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns
- Track and report lead activity and sales conversion
- Monitor third-party competitor websites and online advertising
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- Collaborate with New Home Consultants on general sales and marketing efforts
- Attend Weekly Sales Rallies
