Job Summary:
The Onsite Client and Contractor Manager is primarily responsible for overall account management and supervision of the team assembled to service the account. They must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, candidates, customer, and internal partners. The role is responsible for prioritizing requisitions and overseeing the successful delivery of the determined fulfillment strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities with the customer.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of open opportunities with the deliver team.
- Perform necessary contractor screening to ensure qualifications (if applicable)
- Maintain and manage contractor workforce according to the customer specific requirements including managing feedback
- Serve as the interface between hiring managers, local office (if applicable) and contract employees.
- Prepare client specific reports on an ad hoc basis or as required by service agreement.
- Maintain all documentation via online system and access database to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidate and sourcing strategies
- Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with customer culture.
- Conduct regular service touchpoints with contractors
- Drive customer relationship and saturation
- Oversee and manage contractor attendance and overall contractor performance
- Monitor and communicate expected headcount projections to deliver teams and field offices.

Aston Carter offers a base salary of $54,000 plus a bonus potential. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
