- Educate patients and caregivers while anticipating needs and readiness to learn, about their plan of care, transition of care, promotion of health, and prevention of disease
- Escalate potential safety hazards or gaps from best practice following institutional chain of command protocol
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 1+ year of related Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- TX Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong atteniton to detail
- Highly organized
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
