Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Verification of each incoming request to ensure it meets program requirements and is compliant with the Policy.

• Program Creation and Maintenance in CRM

• Support approval process and ensure data quality is maintained at a high level.

• Coordinate across Programs and related organizations for consistency with workflow, communications, and best-practices.

• Provide accurate and timely reporting ensuring consistency.

• Responsible for keeping up to date and maintaining all documentation.

• Ensure all SLAs are met, and requests are addressed appropriately.

• Ability to work with sensitive client issues and provide high quality support.

• Resolves problems and complaints according to established guidelines.

• Experienced in PO creation, follow up on approvals with subsequent approvers.

• Review of Invoices along with proof & supporting documents and decide on approval / rejection.

• Follow ups on pending approvals, seeking pending details and ensure closure

• Hands on Experience in handling Inquiry management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced in handling Workflow based scope.

• Experienced in Finance & Accounting scope involving PO creation, Invoice approval.

• Exposure to MIS Reporting, Power BI End user skills
