As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll coordinate with the program managers in order to ensure that our clients receive the best cares possible. In addition to coordinating the client’s and caregiver needs you will also strategically help provide care to many more Montana’s who are in need. You will be able utilize your experience by coaching and developing others. Your goal is to provide clients with the support necessary to remain in his/her own home and be as independent as possible while maintaining the highest quality of life possible.

Job Positions are located in Missoula Montana, as well as many surrounding locations.
Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 depending on experience and certifications.
Pay is dependent on experience.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Must perform client visit if no caregiver is available between M-F 8 am-5 pm ensuring no open client appointments within reason during this time.
- Participation in work related meetings/activities
- Client/Caregiver relationship building
- Meeting deadlines/prioritizing
- Answer phones in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Route client, caregiver, and other inquiries to the appropriate person as necessary.
- Greet all people coming into the office and field their inquiries as needed.
- Sit for prolonged periods of time in front of computer and extensive use of keyboard and mouse.
- Accurately document visits, call offs, and any events affecting schedules.
- Revise schedules with little or no notice to assure clients are covered.
- Coordinate caregiver time off requests to cover client visits.
- Maintain integrity of client visits regardless of the changes that are necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized work space including cleaning restrooms and breakrooms once a week.
- Keep accurate list of supplies ordered/requested, and keep track of by whom.
- Communicate with Scheduling Supervisor, Program Manager or appropriate person of needs and issues.
- Assist in office duties as necessary, including making copies, filing, paperwork, etc.
- Assist as needed with time sheet entry, correction, and late time entry processes.
- Attend staff meetings and in-services as required.
- Work on-call in a weekend rotation.
- Communicate effectively with other schedulers, program managers, clients, caregivers and any other ancillary personnel necessary to perform job duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Caregiver Requirements:
- Completion of a state approved program with either a certificate of completion (PCA) or CNA card after completion of the national exam.
- Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of personalities and temperaments.
- Good organizational/time management skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and caring attitude.
- Ability to set appropriate professional boundaries.
- Computer experience, specifically knowledge of Access and Word.
- Ability to think “outside the box” and problem solve creatively.
- Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, & Auto Insurance
- High School Diploma
- Successfully clear drug & criminal background screening
- Ability to work 2 weekends/month on a team-based rotation
- CNA License (current or expired) OR 1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCA OR Completion of PCA Training Program
