We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated person to fill the position of Operations Lead
BECOMING ONE OF THE DRAGONS YOU WILL:
- Assist CEO in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the business operations
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics and create dashboards on business performance
- Design and implement processes within the Company
- At least 5 years of working experience in business operations or finance
- MS Office tools familiarity, including deep knowledge of Excel
- Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, take initiative, time management, and be able to handle many moving pieces at once
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good social and presentation skills
- Experience in strategy implementation on an operational level
- Multiple stakeholders project management experience will be an advantage
