Job description
Purpose:
Assist in Sales and Operations.
Primary Duties:
- Achieve prospecting and financial goals for the club each day to ensure monthly goals are met.
- Inside marketing & prospecting on a daily basis.
- Promote, maintain and exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand among health club members, potential health club members and among company staff.
- Ensure that Anytime Fitness policies and procedures are properly disseminated and followed.
- Handle customer service issues that may arise in the health club.
- Lead and/or attend all staff meetings as required.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned, from time to time.
- Ensure cleanliness of club at all times.
- Club Operations.
- Marketing and Social Media.
