We are looking for a high energy Operations Manager to add to our team in Charleston, SC.

Essential Functions of the job include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and working with the senior team to enhance and maintain standard procedures
• Responsible for overseeing the Equipment Control Clerks and Pad employees
• Periodically inspect and audit operational processes and service delivery in the tank department
• Ensure that employees in the tank department are properly trained
• Lead and motivate hard working team to deliver excellent quality and productivity
• Promote and drive safety first culture through all levels of the organization

Ideal candidates will possess:

• 5 years of logistics/transportation experience
• Basic computer knowledge/skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Some college coursework preferred
