- Assisting the Store Manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising

- Assist in Recruiting, Hiring, Training, and Retention of Top Talent

- Ensuring proper store coverage through effective scheduling and staffing

- Conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions

- Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies

- Ensuring the store environment complies with the Company's health, and safety policies

- Maintain neat, clean, and organized total store environment

- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner

- Ensuring that store polices and procedures are followed

- Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to external and internal procedures for theft, inventory management and operation controls

- Assist in maintaining merchandise and visual presentation

- Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager accurately and efficiently.

- Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
