The Operations Manager will be responsible for Pop Slingers.

Pop Slingers have always been the most vital role at King of Pops. With a passion for creating unexpected moments of happiness (UMOHs), the Pop Slinger shows up when needed to perform the operation, and does so with a heart of hospitality.

The Pop Slinger will be required to vend at assigned events after equipment has been provided for them. They will also have the opportunity to work catering events based on need.

Summary:
-Rate is $13/hr + tips
-Minimum of 6 hours, maximum of 35 hours per week
-Based on need only, no guarantees. Must have 6 hours available in your weekly schedule.
-Must sport King of Pops gear at events (provided by us!),“Wear the Shirt” is a core value at King of Pops

Responsibilities:
-Serves pre-packaged ice pops to customers at assigned events
-Acts in a caring, hospitable way during all interactions
-This position requires setup and tear down of equipment
-Drive yourself to events
-Follows checklists and procedures to ensure successful completion of shifts
-Actively pursue sales from potential customers while on shift
-Bring smiles and high energy (every day, every shift)

Qualifications:
-No prior experience required
-Enjoys interacting with people and sharing information about our products
-Loves working on an engaging team
-Must be willing to work in outdoor settings
-Must be able to stand for multiple hours per day
-Must have nights and weekend availability
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Must be legally eligible to work in the US
