Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing mental health team to oversee the safety and flow of patients within multiple pathways.
The post covers all areas of the Trust including our Emergency Department which sees on average 450 patients who have a mental health diagnosis each month, with total demand on our services continuing to grow.
Our expanding mental health team are dedicated to providing high quality, patient-centred care whilst maintaining performance standards.
This is a new post, the postholder will work closely with the Lead Matron for Mental Health to develop the structure for mental health, psychological and potential learning disability services across UHS. The post holder will also be instrumental in the development of a 3-5-year strategy for the Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for the Management of the B7 Service Manager.
