CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

This position is responsible for the processing of Fulfillment Orders, Sales Promotion Materials, and other correspondence for The Americas Group – Stores Division, as well as other Divisions. This position is also responsible for the accurate preparation and filing of envelopes provided by various shipping vendors such as UPS and Fed-Ex to the field shipping locations.

This position will also assist in other areas of the department as assigned. Inclusive of assisting with Automated Mail operations, Warehouse operations, kitting, and bindery. This may include assisting with operation of equipment, delivering production, assembly, finishing, etc.

• Sort, process, and distribute all correspondence, promotional materials, and various other materials to store locations, divisions, and districts, as required by various senders via the distribution form.
• Collate and/or assemble any and all materials required to complete a specific job, including Sales Drive Promotions, Product Folders, Manuals, etc
• Prepare/address label envelopes for weekly mailings.
  

• Fill orders placed by SW Employees through the Order Express website, inclusive of selecting appropriate products from inventory or print on demand production, and shipping orders to appropriate locations and bill shipments according to order specifications.
• Prepare and ship daily express shipments for departmental customers. This function includes preparing shipping labels and closing the manifest daily.
  

• Assist with the daily shipping, warehouse picking, and finishing, involving the following tasks:
  Operating various Finishing equipment, Shipping of packages, Assembly/Collation of materials,
  Labeling Boxes/Bags/Envelopes, Jeter Closings, Packaging of product, removing excess material from work areas, operating a cardboard baler, keeping dock clean and clear for incoming and outgoing shipments, unpack skids and restock inventory items as needed, processing fulfillment orders, moving material within the warehouse and work areas.
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School graduate

• Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel
