The Role

Responsible for coordinating the company’s new merchandise launches with multiple Support Center departments. Approve launch date requests from Merchandising and Visual Display departments or provide feedback and recommendations on alternative dates. Create and publish merchandise launches in Task system. Collaborates with various departments to create and coordinate an effective launch execution plan. Utilize Smartsheet to create and manage project plans. Assist Operations Administration with coordinating and completing corporate initiatives and other field-related projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Create, route, approve and publishes all materials related to merchandise launches
  • Facilitate the coordination and execution of all merchandise launches by collaborating and gathering key information of launch activities from key stakeholders (e.g. Merchandising, Visual, Marketing)

  • Develop and manage project plans associated with merchandise launches, Operations projects, corporate initiatives and other field-related projects using Smartsheet for project planning and management
  • Create/write all product information and training documents for merchandise launches and other assigned Operations Administration projects by collaborating with key stakeholders and business partners (e.g. Communications, Merchandising)
  • Conduct additional research as necessary to obtain pertinent information for document creation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of in-store retail experience or related
  • Ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
  • Organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software and project management
  • Strong written, verbal interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects

The salary range for this opportunity is $20/hr - $24/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
