Main Responsibilities

• You will oversee cold food production team who is responsible for plating cuisines according to the food presentation guidelines for our airline customers.
• A successful applicant will be able to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods of time.
• Your team is expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards, and have a commitment to exceptional service.
• You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes and continuous improvement
• Design and implement employee safety campaigns to promote the recognition of positive safety results, safety awareness, and employee ownership of the safety process.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• BS in related field preferred.
• Experience in food processing, grocery store produce, delicatessen, or similar industries
• Industry experience with a solid usuppnderstanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and GMP
• Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with payroll and scheduling software
• Understanding and applicability of governmental regulations such as OSHA, FDA, USDA and EPA regulations, as well as applicable state agencies.

Schedules:

• Two days off back-to-back
• Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays

Pay: From $75,813.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
