Operations Support/Director Support Program Analyst

Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is currently seeking a Program Analyst for Operations and Director support to join our Huntsville, AL. team.
Duties include:
- Serve as Program analyst providing executive, administrative and operations support to the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) International Program (IP) Office.
- Provide operations support for the IFMC IP office for international programs in support of Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles & Space managed equipment.
- Duties include drafting meeting minutes, producing reports, file management, creating travel arrangements and reconciling vouchers in the Defense Travel System, schedule/calendar management, the Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS), action item tracking and management, and meeting coordination.
- Calendar and schedule management for the international Director and the operations team.
- Tracking and closure of international SACO taskers.
- Prepare updates of significant events for submission, Operations Sync charts, as well as review of internal and external meeting charts.
- Assigned as main point of contact for writing, reviewing, editing, mailing, and filing correspondence. Must be familiar with managing correspondence and routing (AR 25-50) and required to submit and receive classified documentation, maintain DA FORM 3964s (Classified Document Accountability Record), and perform security checks. Manage all incoming/outgoing correspondence for the IFMC IP Office.
- Point of Contact (POC) for tracking the training for all FMS personnel, to include tracking attendance, coordinating training dates, and updating training tracker.
- Utilize the Microsoft suite, to include Powerpoint, Excel, and Word as well as SharePoint, teams and office 365 for monthly reports and quarterly briefings.
Experience and Skills:
Candidate must have a strong work ethic and be able to take instruction and maintain personal integrity. Being able to maintain confidentiality is a must.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- High School diploma with some college preferred.
- Must be a US citizen.
