Sharpsmart at Rainham are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative position; this role is critical to the success of the company through operating of bespoke machinery, warehouse duties and safe transfer of waste at the plant.
Daily duties will include:

• Use of bespoke machinery
• Working towards targets & customer deadlines
• Cleaning, and Quality checking
• General Housekeeping
• Loading & Unloading

The shift pattern will be on a days only shift pattern (5 out of 7)

The ideal candidate will have experience in a production/warehouse environment with experience of working in a fast paced position. Team work is a huge part of this role and you must be able to communicate well across the plant, and be able to support as needed.
