Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Resource to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for performing scheduled system updates, maintaining system hierarchies and properties, and participating in project team reviews necessary to develop project plans, business requirements, design, and development of deliverables. In addition, the candidate will gather end-user requirements for reporting and other enhancements, build and maintain reports, forms, business rules, data integrations, etc., and document system design and processes.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate with and lead training for small to medium-sized groups of end-users.
• Perform scheduled system updates.
• Participate in project team reviews necessary to develop project plans, business requirements, design, and development of deliverables.
• Maintain system hierarchies and properties.
• Gather end-user requirements for reporting and other enhancements.
• Build and maintain reports, forms, business rules, data integrations, etc.
• Document system design and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle’s EPM software. Cloud EPM a plus.
• Strong Business Rule development.
• Groovy Programming Language a strong plus.
• Strong Data Management development.
• Strong Reports and Narrative Reporting development.
• Strong Analytical, Quantitative Presentation Skills.
• Strong Teamwork Skills.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Competent training skills.
• Skilled in the technical documentation of systems.

Please Note:

• Location: Virtual/Remote (most of the team is remote).
• Time zone/working hours: Pacific Time Zone, 8am-5pm; sometimes may be required to work later in the day, but not earlier.
• The Finance Systems team recently implemented Oracle EPM (early 2022). We are in the process of adding some additional capability and rolling it out to other brands and need some additional resources to help us with the continued expansion and sustaining of production.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
