Surgical Assistant, Oral Surgery Practice
Our busy Oral & Maxillofacial surgery office has an immediate FT opening for a surgical assistant. Applicant should be a friendly, flexible, energetic, detail-oriented team player able to work efficiently in a fast-paced busy environment. Dr Oakley has been in business for 30 years and has an excellent reputation. He is known for ability to combine excellent patient care in and out of the operating room.
The right candidate would have the required skills below and possible dental experience. The candidate must be able to travel between two offices every other day. We are looking for someone who wants a long term position with a work family.
Skills: Proven detail-oriented, multi-tasking ability, flexible, patient
Qualities: Professional demeanor, upbeat personality, organized, responsible, self-starter, quick-learner, flexible with daily tasks and scheduled hours if necessary, is able to take constructive criticism for professional growth.
Experience: 1-2 years dental experience requested
Travel: Must be able to travel between 2 offices in Mission, KS & Overland Park, KS every other day (M/W/F – OP office ; Tu/Th – Mission office)

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
