The Order Management Representative for Batteries Plus will actively create, review, and rectify orders. The Order Management Representative also provide internal and external customer support to assure proper communication and order flow within various systems.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing

• Create and maintain order processes in regard to order sweeps and amendments for stores, Ecommerce, National Accounts, and vendor fulfillment.
• Monitor and amend order status report to assure orders flow through the Great Plains system properly.
• Ensure Great Plains and Warehouse Management Systems are constantly communicating with each other. Troubleshoot inefficiencies within the order process.
• Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed; resolve issues with wrong addresses, returns, and freight claims.
• Place sample orders, pallet/truckload orders, drop-ship, and special orders etc.
• Maintain order holds and reminders throughout the day.

Customer Service

• Work with stores to provide guidance on ordering and receiving best practices according to the Ascent Order Program.
• Maintain call log, problem resolution proficiency standards and customer satisfaction levels.
• Process product returns pertaining to mis-ships, damage and freight claims, and bid/special pricing assuring customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated Order Management issues in a timely manner; update management as needed.
• Resolve daily order issues through frequent communication with Management, Warehouse Operations and the Logistics Team.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle high call volumes in a courteous, efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma / GED.
• Previous customer service, order support or related area experience.
