The Role

CALLING ALL OUTBOUND CONTACT CENTRE PEOPLE!

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering brilliant customer care to vulnerable people, a natural communicator with strong attention to detail and who would like to work supporting the public with outbound calling and advice giving on processes and capturing data. You must be natually empathetic and patient with all people and have strong resilience and ability to take ownership of queries.

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week - shifts between 9am and 8pm - Mon-Sat
  • Start Date: Weds 14th December
  • Training: Paid and provided by Woven
  • LOCATION AND LENGTH: Work From Home - 2 weeks work (estimated until end of Dec 2022)

In this role you will be working with customers, making outbound calls provide the best possible care and service to our customers.

About You

We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference within not only the customer experience, but within Woven and the team itself. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptionally high levels of attention to detail. You should be comfortable with using computer systems and software and a variety of platforms. We love some personality that expands our family, so bring what you have got to offer to your interview!


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • To consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer service
  • Competency use a dialler system and outcome calls accurately
  • Resolving customer queries with patience and care
  • Taking details of enquiries & complaints
  • Escalate any issues or complaints to your team manager where necessary
  • To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business
