The Advisor I, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.Take steps towards a new career today!

We’re looking for experienced, passionate & target driven people to join our new team working on behalf of Concentrix’s new client, a Global Energy Provider. This is an exciting time for our client as they expand their business into a new sector. You will contribute towards helping the company become a key player in the telecommunications industry.
Your role will involve reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in their new service & educate each customer about what our client can provide them. This is a sales role and there will be a requirement to also upsell additional products and services.
This will be a permanent working from home opportunity; we will provide you with all your equipment. You will require home broadband & a quiet space to work from home.

- 12 months previous direct sales experience essential – outbound telesales preferred.
- A quiet place to work at home
- Good broadband connection – 10mbps download speed

What does the job involve?
- Making outbound calls to consumers who have expressed interest in the service.
- Upselling additional products and services to maximise selling potential.
- Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service
- Working towards monthly targets, i.e. sales, call handling times, targets, attendance and time keeping.
- Processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner
- 40 hours per week – working hours between Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 8:00pm and Friday 10.00am –2.00pm.
