Job Description

Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking an Exterior Groundskeeper for our property at Broadway at the Beach in South Carolina with a rate of pay of 12. 75 an hour.

As a Exterior Groundskeeper for Allied Universal Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing our clientas property to keep it in the best shape possible. You will also assist patrons or customers in a friendly and engaging manner when requested to do so.

Qualifications/Requirements

Outdoor/Exterior Groundskeeper (6am-2:30pm) - $12.75 - Responsible for upkeeping parking lots and common areas at numerous commercial shopping centers. Complete preventative maintenance inspections. Communicate any property needs or issues. Complete site-specific work orders. Upkeep and maintain quarterly, monthly pressure washing needs.

• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for full time positions.
• Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Effective communication skills with customer, patrons, and employees- assisting others in a friendly and engaging manner at all times.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive.
• Able to:
• Work in various working conditions and environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat for extended periods. Porter common areas,
• upkeep public restrooms,
• high/low dusting, store front window cleaning,
• Respond to customer, or site needs, evaluate designated areas for tenant trash, cardboard, and trash cans. Assist and accommodate with site events (setup, tear down, upkeep).
