This position will support our Welcome Center and Outpatient Therapy teams. You will greet and provide professional and courteous customer service to children, families, and visitors, and provide clerical and administrative support to the team. You will also have the responsibility of organizing, cleaning and disinfecting the gyms, classrooms and other areas used for therapy sessions.

What You'll Do

• Greet and identify needs of visitors to ChildServe. Provide a positive customer service experience when interacting with families, visitors, and staff
• Complete service coordination duties such as modifying schedules of clients as needed. Identify and communicate to providers when clients have arrived for appointments
• Answer multi-line telephone and route as necessary, sort and distribute mail, receive and process faxes, schedule conference rooms
• Perform a variety of clerical tasks including ensuring complete documentation for scheduling, review of service documentation, and parent verification.
• Take inventory of supplies needed for daily therapy sessions
• Prep for daily therapy sessions, including clean therapy rooms and toys
• Complete other operational duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 
  Required: High school degree or equivalent
• Preferred: Working toward or has completed some post high school education in related area desired
• An ability to maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population
• Demonstration of proficient organizational and time management skills with developed problem solving skills and decision-making, and ability to prioritize multiple demands
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to proficiently learn new software programs.
• Ability to interpret and follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment
• Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
