POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, for in person and telehealth services for children and adults.

Specific job related duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and mental health diagnosis including the clients’ acuity, strengths, and treatment needs.
  • Develop family-centered and culturally appropriate treatment plans and provides outpatient services to include providing individual counseling, family counseling/training, and/or group counseling.
  • Use evidence-based practices and trauma-informed practices.
  • Provide individual, group and family therapy according to Evidence Based Practices and accordance with policies and procedures
  • Responsible for clinical documentation, i.e., progress notes, patient assessments, service/treatment plans, and other forms/records as required in a timely manner. Maintain detailed case files and other documentation in 100% compliance with the program standards.
Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Master's Degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education and or a human services field is required
  • Licensed (LHMC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) preferred
  • Must be able to pass Level 2 FDLE background screen and local background screen in the county of residence
  • Experience working with Medicaid a plus
  • Experience working with individuals and families with mental health issues
  • Experience working within a variety of community-based settings is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to engage individuals and families utilizing exemplary customer service skills is required.
  • Experience providing Trauma Informed treatment
