This position is Friday through Monday, 10:30 pm- 4:00 am

Job Duties

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented, welcoming manner.
• Greet all guests with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language-focused eye contact, and in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and documenting issues as needed.
• Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others
• Remain composed and behave professionally during stressful situations and emergencies.
• Inspect rooms for safety.
• Assist with maintenance duties including unplug toilets, flip breakers, and turn water valves on or off.
• Remove trash and snow.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly
• Basic Computer Skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently climb multiple flights of stairs and walk excessively
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40pounds and the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
• Required to have visual acuity to scan the grounds for a safe and clean environment
