IDEAL CANDIDATE: We’re looking for Packer who is detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment to help package our world class products. Candidate will maintain efficiency and quality across the operational flow and be flexible in shifting between duties with an action-oriented attitude.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration among team members by building an employee culture that is aligned with HCC Values and operating principles. Ensures all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully
• Rotate among assembly line duties: box opener, cookie filler, check, and case packer. Properly maintain work area and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
• Complete other duties: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy. Stage and set-up raw materials
• Examine containers, materials, and products for quality and accuracy. Report deficiencies, food, and safety concerns to leadership
• Maintain product pace and abide by product specifications to ensure products are properly packed following product matrix and production schedule
• Abide by food safety and manufacturing programs and partake in daily sanitation duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Represents the company brand image and share aloha to all customers, business partners, and co-workers at all levels throughout the company
• Be able to continuously lift/push/pull/grasp, and stand or kneel throughout shift
• Be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Able to work flexible work hours and overtime as needed
