Speedy Weedy is a licensed marijuana dispensary in Santa Ana, CA and we are searching for a Packer to join our team. We are seeking talented individuals who want to help us make a difference in this industry and have a professional demeanor for an upscale, “boutique-style” dispensary.
Applicants must be focused and detail oriented. Experience within the cannabis industry, or as an alternative, a strong background in warehouse work, retail merchandising, or management outside the industry is a plus.

Job Description:
The position of Packer is responsible for accepting and packing customer orders for delivery and storefront. Packer's must learn what and where products are in inventory and pack orders correctly according to what customers order. Packers are also expected to help in restocking the inventory room and help our inventory team in making new products we receive available for purchase.
Requirements:
Must be highly organized- Must be proficient with computers
- Competent filing ability
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation)
- Ensure you are on time for every shift
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Multi-task Oriented
- Stress Management/Composure
- Ensure you and your uniform/clothing are clean and professional
- Must submit and pass a background check.
- Have a valid California ID
Hours and Availability:
7–8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. A Packer is expected to work five shifts per week. A Packer must be available on weekends, weekdays, evenings, and holidays.
