Responsibilities:
- o Review garments received against the Paperwork to verify the correct products.
- o Lead a team/table of Packers to pack orders according to customer requirements, making sure they have the right garments, size, quantity and scale.
- o Fold, bag, tag, untag, sticker, place, remove hanger or any other value added service to the garments according to customer specifications.
- o Use the computer to make modifications to the order (quantity, multi-line) as specified by the packing supervisor or requested by the customer.
- o Ensure highest quality to meet customer expectations.
- o Maintain 5S initiatives, SOP, and best practices to help maintain productivity expectations.
- o Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
- o Must be able to read & write (English Language)
- o Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time
- o Must be able to work a production shift with overtime as necessary (ie: flexible hrs)
- o Must be able to produce work at an incentive pace
- o Other responsibilities as required
