We have a fantastic opportunity to join our established Paediatric Patient Flow Team here at The Royal Oldham Hospital on a fixed term contract or secondment basis for 1 year.
Our forward thinking and dynamic Patient Flow Team are an integral part of our clinical team and make an incredible difference to the hospital experiences of our children, young people and their families. The Paediatric Patient Flow Co-ordinator Role supports the effective and timely flow of Paediatric patients through our inpatient services, optimising bed utilisation and improving patient experience.
The Paediatric Patient Flow Co-ordinator Team also support the efficient running of the Children's Inpatient Team, playing a key role in resource management and governance and improvement workstreams.
